Holiday home of approximately 50 m², consisting of two rooms: a bedroom where guests can rest comfortably, perhaps watching the television positioned in front of the bed, and a kitchen/living room that allows guests to cook meals, heat food, relax on the sofa, enjoy their meals, or chat with other housemates as well as friends invited to the property.

The Costanza mini-apartment can accommodate from 1 up to 5 guests.

The kitchen/living room includes: a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, sink, electric oven, refrigerator, electric hot plate, cookware and cutlery, as well as a table, a shelf, and a three-seat sofa.

Both rooms are equipped with independent air-conditioning systems.
